In the morning we leave for London. I really can't believe this trip is already here. A part of me wants to stop the clock and enjoy this anticipation and excitement because it feels like the sooner it starts the sooner it will be over and that makes me very sad.
Everything but one thing is crossed off of my to do list and that is a morning task. Everything is packed besides what I will need in the morning. It's all so surreal.
I have been working so hard on my packing list the past few months and even today as I was packing I cut things but it still seems like too much.
You can follow our adventures on instagram (copperhollow) or Flickr (https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/101651219@N05/ (I hope that link works!)). Yesterday I finally sat down to figure out how to connect my phone and camera and let me tell you, it is sooo snazzy.

I've been wanting to learn to embroider for over a year now and I finally sat down to teach myself. I don't remember what exactly pushed me to do it, but before I knew it I had picked up some shiny new Moleskine graph notebooks and started tracing and sketching. All of these I drew freehand, though I was looking at a picture while drawing.
The Eiffel Towel, Tardis, and phone booth were all inspired by my trip coming up in 12 (!!!) days. And Chip, well, because it's Chip!
He was the most complicated with the different colors and I did have two places where the paper ripped a little but thankfully it didn't ruin it.
